Typically, Second Grade children have achieved the age of reason (7 years old) and are ready to prepare for their First Reconciliation and First Communion. We welcome any other children who may have missed their initial opportunity to prepare and receive these sacraments.
Children preparing for First Communion and First Reconciliation are required to be enrolled in either the St. Charles Borromeo Parish Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program, or Borromeo Academy.
