This is the final Sacrament of Initiation. Following Confirmation, a Catholic is fully initiated into the Church. The gifts of the Holy Spirit, received in Baptism, sustained by the Eucharist, are strengthened in Confirmation. Baptized Catholics in 6th grade not enrolled in Borromeo Academy seeking the sacrament of Confirmation must complete a program offered in the fall.

Please call the Parish office to sign up. Candidates need to have a sponsor who is a practicing Catholic to accompany them in their Faith journey and choose a Saint to emulate. The diocesan Bishop confirms them during Mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.

Adults going through OCIA are confirmed by the pastor at St. Charles during the Easter Vigil Mass.
