Borromeo Academy offers a safe, supervised Extended Care program for students in Preschool through 8th Grade, providing care both before and after the school day. The program is designed to support working families by offering a structured environment where scholars can complete homework, participate in activities, and enjoy supervised play with caring staff.
Program Hours
- Before School: 7:00 AM until the start of the school day
- After School: Dismissal until 5:30–6:00 PM (hours vary slightly depending on the document and school year).
Registration
Families must enroll in the program before using Extended Care. Registration forms are available through the school's Forms & Supplies section or from the school office. The enrollment form notes:
- Registration fee
- Annual snack/supply fee
- Weekly tuition options
- Contact information for the Extended Care Director and billing office.
Late Pick-Up
For the safety of all scholars, students who are not picked up by the end of the regular school day are checked into Extended Care. A late pick-up fee is assessed, with a minimum one-hour charge, and children should always be picked up from the designated Extended Care location rather than waiting elsewhere on campus.
